In cooperation with the Clients, construction contractors and leading European manufacturers, Reaton was the first to start assembling ventilated facades in Latvia.
In the climate zone of Latvia, ventilated facades provide dry load-bearing structures and long-term resistance to weather conditions.
We have installed ventilated facades in compliance with modern ecological requirements and European quality standards in many public objects in Latvia:
- Radisson Blu Latvija, the complex of administrative buildings at 15 Gaujas Street, Riga.
- Shopping centre “Alfa”, Zemgale Olympic Centre in Jelgava, “Panorama Plaza”.
- Multi-storey residential house “Astra Lux”, administrative building in Riga, 8 k-1 Ropažu Street.
- Babīte Music School in Piņķi, new building of P. Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital.
